  Jeff Di Lorenzo started out his Mortgage and Financing career in 2003 literally from the ground up as an office manager for Time Realty Mortgage Corporation. This small Mom & Pop mortgage company provided Private Mortgage funds for non conventional clients as well they operated two MIC’s Mortgage Investment Corporations.  As the founders of Time Realty Mortgage became less and less involved in the mortgage business and more interested in retiring, Jeff decided it was time to get his Mortgage Brokers License to enable him to handle a larger role in the company’s future.

  On May 30th 2007 he received his Mortgage Brokers License and promptly began managing the private mortgage lenders portfolios for this company. Along with managing portfolios Jeff began underwriting files for the MIC as well as a large client base of investors.

  In 2008 Time Realty Mortgage Corporation was taken over by the family’s daughter who then started her own company called Mountain City Mortgage Corporation and Jeff Dilorenzo transferred his licensing over to this new Brokerage house. The new Brokerage handled a large volume of Private Mortgage financing as well branched out into providing a larger service to conventional lending.

  In 2009 after six great years Jeff decided to move on from where he began and make a new. He joined TMG The Mortgage Group Canada Inc. One of Canada’s leading Mortgage Brokerage Houses. Here he continues to arrange Private Mortgage financing as well as Conventional Discounted Mortgage financing to all his old and new clients.

  In December 2009 he got his license to provide Mortgage services in Alberta and teamed up with TMG The Mortgage Group Albert LTD.

  About Jeff, Family & Leisure

  Jeff Di Lornezo resides in the Royal City of New Westminster with his wife Niina and their daughter Penelope.  A consummate home handyman, Jeff spends most days working on home improvements or in the yard on his flower or vegetable garden.  “For me and older home gives me an opportunity to add value to our future”. You can find Jeff and his family also up in the beautifully Okanagan many weeks out of the summer months in and around Penticton where Jeff’s parents reside.
